Member's Agreement and Release

Consistent with my desire to take personal responsibility for my conduct, individually and as a member of a Wisdom Watch Alliance, I agree to abide by the principles contained in the Wisdom Watch Alliance’s Promise.  I will refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, derogatory, illegal, or unethical conduct, and I understand that if I engage in such conduct, I may be responsible to reimburse Wisdom Watch Alliance, or other individuals involved with Wisdom Watch Alliance, for any damages, losses, or costs resulting from my conduct.

Understanding that Wisdom Watch Alliance programs and events are conducted by volunteers, I release Wisdom Watch Alliance, its officers, agents, and representatives from any liability for intentional or negligent acts or omissions of any member or officer of Wisdom Watch Alliance.  Should a dispute of some nature arise, I expressly agree to resolve all disputes, claims, and charges relating to Wisdom Watch Alliance members in accordance with the alliance’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.

By submitting this application, I expressly agree to the following:

• The collection, use, and processing of the personal information I provide to Wisdom Watch Alliance in this Membership Application is solely for the purpose of organization administration, payment of my dues, and inclusion of my contact information in a members’ directory distributed to members of Wisdom Watch Alliance.
